MWEB MUST FALL!!

It's interesting to see that MWeb do not care about all the negative comments they received on all platforms. They also do not even engage with the complainant to see if they can change their minds.

I tried to cancel a product, but was forced to renew, and that's when you realize that MWeb do not deserve to be in business. From accounts to sales and even their technical team got no idea of customer service or about product info and, I was told its outside their technical scope.

Its outside their technical scope to assist the client to put in the new key for the Microsoft Accounts.

MWeb I am client now under duress for the next year, but I will never refer anybody to you after today that I was on a call for 50 minutes and spoken to each department, and each department do not have a clue of what they are doing.
