zero communication, we have fibre issues weekly, they ignore you completely, you get a silly sms saying there is a problem, but no eta, you phone they cut you off, you log a ticket they dont reply they just delete it. a simple message saying we will have the problem fixed by x time or x date. i work from home and dont get paid when i dont work, either mweb needs to provide lte backup that is not effected by laodshedding or reply with dates.
