Mweb MTN LTE - Zero Stars!!!

Horrible!!! I've been having problems with my LTE wifi. It's been 4 months now that I've been having these issues on and off. It worsened in November and the worst is now December, where every Sunday i wouldnt have wifi for the entire day. You try and call in but you stay number 5 or 4 in line, you then go onto chat on their website and you end up waiting 2 hours for a support agent to tend to you. I was told my wifi keeps connecting to a signal tower 11kms away, but this matter will be escalated and investigated (18th November 2024). For the past week I only have wifi connection for a few hours and then off again, I get in touch and they tell me that my sim is blocked (this is every single time I contact them). I've been without wifi for two days now, waiting on the chat line very long. After being told that their specialists are investigating this issue, I think since 18th November it's being investigated. I asked for my sim to be unblocked AGAIN. Not even keeping my hopes up because it will be back on but give it a few hours then it's down again. I guess I pay R599 to have wifi 3 hours a day and non over the weekend.
