MWEB MTN LTE useless internet

I have the MWEB Mtn LTE. This internet is so so slow, I cant even download an email. The only way to get through to Mweb is to call them, they are so outdated and backward. I have called them several times, waiting time minimum 40 minutes. And when the technical support eventually answers, then the call drops. How convenient! What a pathetic internet service!!!!!!!

I expect mweb to call me to sort out this mess of theirs that I am paying for! What a useless company, cant even get hold of them, unless you are calling sales.
