Mweb moving service

Its impossible to imagine there can be companies with worse service than MWeb.all I want to do is move a service but their call centre people don't know what they are talking about and their telephone menu system doesn't work so you spend the whole morning entering your ID being sent a PIN code that they dont recognise when you enter it and when you do get through to someone they transfer you and it goes back to the main menu and so you go round and round. they tell me to get an "object number" from VUmatel ( who are just as bad by the way) and Vumatel say they only give out object numbers to ISPs not individuals so round and round we go!
