mweb moving nightmare!!!

ive requested my services being moved to a new adress as im busy moving myself, then i contacted mweb to get the ball rolling with the moving of my services only to receive a email from them stating that my current contract will run concurrent with the new contract which is not what i asked for in the first place, id rather cancel my fibre with them all together cause one agent told me that at the new premises ill pay R499 for the 25mb line now the email i got today it states R599 for the same speed i mean isnt their calls recorded to confirm what i was told just yesterday?
