Mweb moving house not moving account

When I first found mweb I called them to ask if moving my service would be an issue or if I would be liable for an existing contract and relocation service. I was assured that mweb would never hold me liable for moving my service the process was easy. Now it's been 3 months after I've installed the line and they are telling me they will charge me double for the current line and the new line. When I queried this I received a call from mweb where the person did not speak they just hung up. I'm baffled cos I'm not cancelling the service but yrasnferring to a new location. I'm so dissapointed that they have gone back on their word and are now wanting to charge me for the next 9 months for something I will not be using. Talk about **** serv8ce l, mweb rakes the cup.
