MWEB MOVING DEPARTMENT BAD SERVICE

We requested MWEB to move our services two weeks ago to our new address. Only to find that they moved us from our old address back to our old address. They then send me an agreement to sign for an additional twelve months. I upgraded to a 200meg line and now paying for a service that does not work. We now have to wait for another two weeks because of their mistake (no apology at all) ***3
