Mweb most useless ISP!

Most useless ISP I've ever seen! Not only is the service the worst but their time management sucks! It takes them 2 months to do an swap from one ISP to them and after waiting a month for them to do anything, I went and told my current ISP that I stick with them because Mweb is useless! Now that I want to stay with my current ISP, Mweb went and hold the line by the fibre infrastructure and my ISP can't activate my wifi because Mweb has the line, after calling and calling and calling for 3 hours to ask them that I need an email, just a F-en email to say the line has been canceled and released, they still can't even do that, send an blurry email. They say they will send the email but here I sit once again, waiting for a f-en email, 48 hours later!! Mweb, you suck!
