Mweb more like MnoWeb
I have been trying to help a client with an email issue but Mweb's customer service is non existent. I tried the call centre but they need your customer number which i provided but the OTP NEVER gets delivered to the customers phone, you cannot get past it unless you have the OTP so you get no support. I tried the live chat and have been waiting over an hour and the tech(Shumeez) still has not even begun to look into my issue. If you want internet or email rather go to another ISP as Mweb is useless AF. They have always been bad but this takes the cake of terrible service.

18 Nov 2025, 12:53So after much back and forth with Shumeez he eventually got hold of the "Server" guys and then had to log a ticket and they will get back to me in 1 weeks time!!! Really Mweb so i must wait 1 week to get support for an email issue. Really unacceptable and shoddy service if you ask me. So i took matters into my own hands and got the fibre connection details and reset the ****py mweb router and reconfigured it myself and would you look at that email is now working... Thanks for nothing once again MnoWeb
