Mweb more and more useless

I don't think this company as an ISP would be encouraged, 1. I have been billed for an entire year for a product that I did not use, they have come back for a 3 months discount which I accepted, 2. The current MS office package I have purchased from them, belongs to someone else as per microsoft, I had my cloud services suspended. 3. I have called, placed complaints on facebook and no one has resolved this. Their client services is non existent - Called on numerous times, and get passed on to different departments and well after 30 - 60 mins you get cut off, I wonder if there is a ombud for them.
