MWEB MODERN DAY *******

I have been with Mweb for 3 years never missed a payment in fact it's a debit order. This month as usual the debit order went off. However I start redeemable saying my connection will be cut off they have not received payment. I try to phone them on all numbers listed online guess what you just stay on hold and never get routed to speak to anyone. I then went on the app and had a chat with Danielle who I sent proof of payment to on the chat. I even called my bank to confirm that the debit order went off successfully. I thought I'm going crazy. Bank confirmed success of debit order. Today I went in the app to attempt a chat to get feedback guess what no agent attended my chat. Mweb robs their customers blind no matter the process communicated to their customers and is followed. They double debited me last year and took threats of the ombudsman to get my refund. Once again Mweb has caused me financial detriment worst part is you can not reach them.
