MWEB & Mitchells Fibre - *******

I have been trying to activate my fibre account with MWEB Fibre through Mitchells Fibre. I paid for activation on 2 January 2020 and at today's date 20 February 2020 I have had no results. Mitchells Fibre have no contact numbers to contact directly, one can only access them through a service provider like MWEB. Just another example of how monopolies rip consumers off
