MWeb Miss Leading in selling process!

I ordered MWEB 20/20Mbps with no data cap through MWeb. I checked the availability on-line and was advised that the service is available in our area already. They advised me on 5 August that "Estimated time to complete: Up to 14 days". The service would be installed by Frogfoot. On 22 August I checked progress and was informed that the service will only be scheduled for implementation in October. MWeb offered me an alternative through Oper Serve at a higher price but with capped data at 500Gb per month. I ordered no cap data because I need to use a lot of data regularly. The alternative is unacceptable as I will have to pay a penalty to cancel it when Frogfoot becomes available. The other alternative is that I rent a landline and install ADSL an interim solution, but will also have to take out a 1 year contract and face penalties if I wanted to upgrade to Frogfoot once it becomes available. The selling process at no time alerted me if I chose the 20/20Mbps, no c ap solution that I would have to wait longer. MWebs's own feedback on "Tracking my Order" informed me it will take "up to 14 days to complete" This miss leading selling and order taking!
