mweb misled me
mweb is very misleading when I took up the account the agent told me it was month on month. I then asked her that if I wouldin't want internet on a particular month i wouldn't have to pay she said yes. Now months later when i use that offer i was told that it doesn't work like that iI have to pay . I then spoke to an agent Arshad on Friday 04 Sep 2026 and I requested a recording of the sales call to listen to it and he promised me that he has escalated the matter and would get feedback within 24-48rhs. Today I requeste feedback regarding that and another agent Amahle told me that I would have to send an email and that Arshad made a mistake. this what make me more angry that there are no processes in place and we must suffer as clients.
