Mweb Misled and ****med me

Most pathetic company to do business with... I recently mover home and I already had a line installed at my new property.. after spending hours on the phone I eventually got through to the Sales team and spoke to Ashton..i asked him if I can even do it direct with vumatel because I felt very sceptical but he assured me that I had to go with Mweb to get this done and He told me no problem I will cancel your existing services for Fiber at your old property and do the new one and he wanted me to make payments he tried upselling me which I did not agree too.. anyway he sent me the payment link I did the payment and my ****ing internet isn't on at all. I called up numerous times waited in every queue the moment it's your time to speak to someone they cut you off. I managed to call the sales team and Ashton answered and he told me please hold on I'm just checking for you and he transfered me back to the queue. They only want your ****en money they don't care about the services. I received a call from some Josh or Jared being apologetic and told me expect a call during this week from vumatel he assured me by Thursday il be connect and guess what nobody called me.. I lost out on business plus Ashton misled and ****** me off R400. I am going on to every platform to expose these ****ing rogues.
