Mweb misleading people

Good day my name is Alister Veeran I have been a customer with mweb for the past two year and never had a problem until now I have been paying my account via Eft every month so in November I payed for December then In 05th of December I paid for January however 09th of January I have be disconnected I have contacted a agent asking I paid short my installment is 530 which was paid in advance as per my terms I signed up for. The agent comes back. Say November the installment was 660 and December 625 and there is a new pricing but not communication if I didn't follow up I would not have no idea. Mweb as the most **** service you contact them it takes over hours with no response back from them now I'm back at work with no wifi and deadlines due they want me to pay 225 to be reconnected but it's not my fault if they system is not updated if not sorted today 09th of January I will cancel and go devi and the newspaper for misleading people I have all the proof.
