MWEB misleading about two months free

I signed up for TWO mo this free with mweb. Only got activated five days ago but got billed today. What about keeping to your end of the deal MWEB? I also got billed for MORE than the amount I took the contract out for so NO Months free and I defer billed for MORE than what I agreed to pay per month . UNACCEPTABLE!!!!
