MWEB messed up my order

The first 3 Wifi products I app**** for went wonderfully well, but, when I changed one of the products as I was moving homes, then the problems started arising as they have messed up my order and now its been about a month to no avail. I do not recommend if you're moving homes, just cancel and redo the process as they will also double charged you and not remove the previous product.
