Mweb ****mers!!!!

I’ve been attempting to contact Mweb for the past week and calls remain unanswered!!! I have recently moved house, completed their forms and requested that technicians come to my house on the 1st Feb! Today is the 3rd nobody has come, my debit order has come off and WiFi is paid but I have no WiFi!!! Pathetic service, they’re quick when it comes to sales but technical support does not exist! I’m so disappointed and will be taking my business elsewhere!!!!
