MWEB, maybe SA's worst ISP. Do they really care? Let's see.

I app**** for Fibre on 11 July 2020. Mweb's marketing states two weeks for installation.

1. I cancelled my booked installation with Afrihost, because Mweb had a more affordable solution 2. I app****, and heard nothing 3. Then I received a mail to send the cancellation reference number with Afrihost. 4. I have called more than 6 times 5. Everytime the consultant says they are transferring me to Sales Support, 6. I am yet to speak to a support consultant or a senior manager 7. I have left my details for them to call me back numerous times 8. I am yet to receive a call back 9. I have mailed non stop, and am yet to receive a response. 10. I have called SADV and Vumatel. NOTHING.
