Mweb may be one of the biggest but they're the worst

I have been with this company since May 2015 and their service has never been good but now it is shocking. Don't touch them with a barge pole if you're looking for an internet provider as they take your money but don't care! I've been trying to get my husband onto my account as I'm stuck in the UK and he's messed up the internet in South Africa. I need him to get an OTP to fix the problem. I have provided all the documents as requested. Three weeks on still no luck as they won't accept the email address that I sent the documents from. This is the same address they have neen using to bill me for 5 years! I then asked them to cancel my account and they've ignored that instruction as well SHAME ON YOU MWEB. How can you rip people off like this?
