Mweb making gaming impossible

I was recently throttled for exceeding Mweb's maximum data limit in their 30 day rolling period. While I am happy to accept a decrease in my internet speed for exceeding the limit (I disagree that it is excessive) I am not willing to accept being unable to play a game (dota 2) that requires far less bandwidth than the throttled speed. According to [URL Removed] my 2mb line was reduced to (350kb/s) however when I try to play dota (which uses maximum 100 kb/s) the game will not function due to the terrible internet quality. I was also interested to see that even though Mweb posted an article 3 years ago condemning throttling, the mweb contact on facebook openly admitted to throttling the account and indicated that gaming quality would suffer. This is a disgusting attitude to have for a company that claims to support gamers.
