Mweb make cancellation impossible
I have been a loyal paying customer for years but now as I am moving I need to cancel my account. Mweb make it almost impossible and after hours of trying I cannot find a way to cancel. I tried live Chat but after a very long wait the agent did not confirm my request and went offline. I tried calling and eventually got an agent from "Billing" but he could not cancel or confirm cancellation but simply said he would raise a ticket. Still no confirmation. Tomorrow I will instruct my lawyer to contact Mweb.
