MWeb mail - Junk filter - too aggressive

MWeb's Junk filter is getting too aggressive. Can you switch if OFF? Last week Covid test results were delivered into my InBox. This week, from the same service provider, their email ended up in my Junk folder, me standing at Heathrow about to miss my flight. Eventually had the idea to log out of Outlook and go into MWeb's website, to find the results in my Junk folder. If the rapid test station had been open I would have spent GBP90 on a rapid test.
