MWEB LTE UNSUCCESSFUL DELIVERY PROBLEMS

I have ordered LTE last week after I spoke to I don't know how many consultants and eventually I got it ordered. I also, multiple times, made it clear that I am not on the premises that someone else will be signing for me. The courier company just called me to arrange delivery and then they were not aware that I will not be signing for the router. Mweb did not give them that instruction. I called Mweb again multiple times this morning and still no success. As if they don't know who I should be talking to and keep transferring me to other departments.
