MWeb LTE support sucks

The worst support ever and I mean ever, my lte subscription has a bundle issue since 8 Jan 2020 and they cant or wont assist. phoning their technical support is of no use as they cant help you with any sim related or bundle issues. The meduim used to escalate to telkom mobile is blady email, so replies are days away with no resolution.

Dont take lte offerings from them. go directly to telkom mobile or 1st tier offer providers. at least you can get in your car and get the problem sorted if the sim bombs out and bundle issues can be resolved directly.
