Mweb LTE speeds are ridiculous.

I recently signed up for a LTE package with Mweb, because lightning damaged my ASDL line and Telkom wasn't going to repair it. Mweb assured me and promised me the world if I went on to their LTE package, I bought a new recommended modem. It was confirmed I'm well within there coverage area. Things were ok, not great for a while, 0.13Mbps and upload speed of 0.11Mbps on my desktop computer that is connect to router with with Lan cable and 0.16 Mbps download and 0.26 Mbps upload speed on my Cellphone via WIFi. I have contacted them and complained and told to move router which I have done and still no improvement. No help from Mweb, no feedback, Only time you hear from them is when they want to sell you something or you owe them money. I don't recommend using their services, This started before break in undersea cable break, so that can't be blamed. Pathetic
