MWEB LTE SHAM

I gave the one star from the courtesy of receiving some internet. But my mind tells me half a star would have sufficed.

1. Mweb LTE is the most useless product. Half the time it shows that you are connected. But the fact of the matter is that no internet comes through. So you end up having to spend more money using other devices to connect.

As if that’s enough;

2. They have a technical division that is very hard to reach. Once reached seem not to be able to locate and resolve your problem, thereby keeping long on the phone (at your own additional cost). And ultimately calls are dropped even the problem is located or solved.

I have given them a chance since my subscription in March and after almost calling them monthly without a solution I am forced to approach their competition.
