MWEB LTE SERVICE IS BAD.

I am very disappoint with mweb Had issue with speed for a year having the cell c product and they offered me the telkom product and promised I would get better speed. Upload and download not more that 2 Buffering is a everyday thing but my money does not buffer every month They get it without fail I will not recommended the lte products to anyone. What they say and the service you get is night and day. They give me the same troubleshooting steps that I already know that doesn't help.... If anyone can recommend a better service provider please let me know I just can't pay for service like this. I'm actually emailing the CEO to let him know what is happening on the ground.
