MWEB - LTE Product via Telkom

Using the LTE product, it stops working and they cannot tell me why. Has been working for a period of 4 months and now nothing as they cannot see what is happening on the Telkom network. This is just like an reseller saying they cannot help you after they collect you money ie you are on your own!
