MWEB LTE poor/non existant support

I have a Telkom sim card with MWEB with 80/80GB but for some reason it has been 2 months that the sim card stopped working, emergency only. no network. logged a ticket not getting any joy no feedback whatsoever and yet payment hasn't stopped.
