MWEB LTE - Not what was expected

MWEB LTE - Another truly South African service right down to its rotten core. Targeted, straightforward advertising - up to 30mb/s LTE.

Granted, achieving 30mb/s is setting the bar rather high - yet actually achieving less than 1mb/s most of the day at best? Now that is false advertising in my book. Sure, there is the endless debate of the fine printed T's & C's to provide a comfortable cussion to on the chair of profit made with this service, just to make sure things don't get too uncomfortable from a vantage point whilst holding customers at endless radsom with the occasional "technical assistance query" debate.

Your service cannot be used reliably for gaming or for streaming as advertised without enourmous irritation, if at all. Maybe you should provide customers some honesty - that your service is based on the skeletal remains of two of the worst ISP infrastucture providers in the country - Cell C and Rain (the former iBurst), who are already flooded with traffic from other solutions.

Thank you for another truly South African service - dysfunctional and decietfull, just like us hard working, tax paying citezens like it. You will have my notice come January '19.
