MWEB LTE MTN uncapped wifi connected without internet

I am so disappointed with the Mweb LTE after such a long time with Mweb. Having had fibre and was happy with the service . I then moved to a new place without fibre then I notified them of the moved and then opted for LTE MTN uncapped. After a good 6 months with no problems a week ago I started to be soft locked, having notifications that i have run out of data and that time i am on uncapped wifi. I have made calls to MWEB ( you hold for a good 20mins before you are helped) and they all ask for my current address and coordinates- the internet will work for a day or few hours and then back to being locked. I have work to do and I have already paid for December and here I am having to buy data and minutes because my work needs internet. What worries me is why all of a sudden I'm having such an issue and I am being locked out when MWEB is well aware of why I moved to LTE and been at the same place that i moved to and the router hasn't been moved since 6 months back . MTN and MWEB need to communicate and fix this issue because I have work to do.
