MWEB LTE HEADACHE

I was happy to realise I could get a LTE uncapped bundle so cheaply. I signed on immediately and patiently waited on delivery. Delivery by CCD couriers was prompt and on time. On setting up my router. I came to the unhappy fact that I would not have access immediately like I had hoped. Apparently activation takes 2 days. 2 DAYS???? Nevermind. I u patiently waited.. This is now day 4 with no internet... Nowhere on MWEB online, Facebook, the MWEB app can I make a query. Call Centre calls take 17min with no answer. This is ridiculous MWEB. if the start of my relationship with you is like this, what have I let myself in for??????
