Mweb LTE disappointing. NOT RECOMMENDED

It seems that when it comes to LTE is South Africa we are s****ing the bottom of the barrel. Either you pay ridiculous rates to get remotely decent LTE or you don't get LTE at all. Allow me to explain, I recently went the Mweb route for my LTE. They had 2 options and I opted for the CellC option because of the coverage seemed good on website. Goods got delivered, quick set up and we were running. I did a speed test, not bad also not good either, probably half of what I was expecting and it was all downhill from there. At best of times I get a down rate of below 10mbps, mostly I get a down-rate of below 5 mbps and often I find that the speed is below 1mbps, I also get some lag spikes and packet loss at the most annoying of times. I can not recall internet being stable for more that 30 mins, maybe ever. After getting in contact with Mweb I got notified that the speeds are reliant on the cell c connectivity to your area also the congestion and so on, all of these things I am fully aware of. To conclude, I can't help but feel a little bit baited into this purchase, I can not do anything about my slow Mweb LTE speed but neither can Mweb (because they don't own the terrible service they only sell it). Basically I just purchased LTE that runs at speeds slower than the 3G devices I own.
