Mweb LTE connection down for 3 days.

We just spent R300 in airtime trying to get ahold of mweb to sort out our problem the phone rings consistently. Our LTE connection is soft capped because apparently we moved 2 months ago, we are unable to use our internet to work, which means no money for us. And they still haven’t given us any sort of resolve.
