MWEB LTE-A Sucks

We upgraded from ADSL to LTE-A with the promise of more speed and at a premium of almost R1600p/m. From day one we had endless issues firstly with the download speed....at worst, less than 1 mbps download speed, upload was never a problem until now....I am getting less than 1 MBPS upload speed and the router has full signal. I tried calling MWEB on their ********** number but it takes you to a point then dead silence.....in a nutshell, trying to call was fruitless. I then logged nto my account and posted a query on 19 June at 15h25....with no response. I again posted a query on 20th June at 07h39 and again at 08h58 on the same reference number, yet again no reply or response. What am I suppose to do if I cannot get through to a service provider who charges a premium for the worst ever service. MWEB LTE-A is the worst ever and this includes MWEB as a service provider, you have gone from bad to worst..... CAN SOMEONE PLEASE LET ME KNOW WHAT THE HELL IS GOING ON AS I AM NOT ABLE TO GET THROUGH TO YOU AND I NEED THE SERVICE RESTORED AT YOUR SOONEST CONVENIENCE...
