MWEB LOUSY SERVICE
Fifty one minutes and counting. That is how long i have been waiting for Mweb technical department for assistance. Internet down and no work is possible except for using expensive Hotspot and paying for the call to Mweb. They constantly trying to encourage us to use their online support but their online support does not work. You send your question, they take forever to respond and then they dont understand and then you lose them. MWEB wake up!
