Mweb lost the plot and their only success is in making themselves uncontactable

Two increases already this year for Openserve fibre (one purely Mweb) and with the last increase message the promise of an increased speed. ****s, my speed has not increased and I have proof of all of this. Spent hours trying to speak to someone and if you are lucky to get through you get cut off.
