Mweb "LOST THE PLOT"

I have migrated from ADSL to fibre with Mweb. I have requested a 20mb download / 5mb upload uncapped fibre deal for R749pm. My Mweb online portal shows that I am paying R749 for a 20mb download and 2mb upload which was not what I signed up for. Then my speeds I am getting is only 11mb download. I contacted Mweb on several occasions, but I get transferred around that I had to wait a staggering 83 minutes on the telephone!? Then I got hold of Octotel who sent me the request notice from Mweb to them that they must activate a 10mb/5mb fibre product, but they expect me to pay R749. I'd rather cancel my deal with Mweb and advise people to opt for another company. The service at Mweb is not what is used to be. It is an ongoing nightmare that is still not resolved. Can someone from Mweb please contact me, I cannot waste anymore of my airtime to no avail.
