Mweb lost all our Data

On the 17th of July 2015 our MWeb Business service went down and we had received a notification that they are experiencing technical problems. Today Monday 20 July the informed us that they have lost all our Data and absolutely nothing can be retrieved. All our clients' information and documents were on that server along with our code. We went to their office to enquire if there is anything they can do and all they said is sorry it's gone. This has huge legal and financial implications for our Company, but they just seem not to care. We are currently seeking legal advice and invite everyone out there with the same problem to join us in this fight.
