MWEB losing the plot?

Up until now I had no issues with MWEB. One of their LTE offerings was discontinued so I had to change it to something inferior. The SIM was deliverd okay and timeously but has not been activated yet and it has been a few days. I cannot get anyone on the phones or to reply to direct messages. I now see almost everyone on socail media who uses them also complaining of similar issues. MWEB was a market leader...have they lost their way? Lets hope they redeem themselves
