Mweb - Live chat is a dead loss

I have been with Mweb for 5 years, they are a good ISP, but their customer service is the worst. They don't have a call center to assist, they have a live chat, but that Live chat is dead, waited 4 hours no response, been waiting for more than 30 minutes already this morning still no response.
