MWEB LINE ON HOLD
If i can give this service a zero not even one star. My previous ISP account was fully canceled over a month and 2 weeks but mweb has still not released the physical circuit/ONT line status on their back end system. Open serve is ready to activate my line, but mweb system continues to block them. I have submitted support requests and provided the ONT details please do not move over to mweb i will make sure i take this further even legally
