Mweb line management sucks

Paying for a service that I am not getting. Line speed seems to be affected by everything. When I call costumer support at least every two months they just say sorry it's too many equipment or there is nothing they can do. When will mweb take responsibility for the lines they are using and stop jumping out of the way with their hands tied
