Mweb line cancellation and mover request to new premises

I refer you to ticket number Ticket MWB***0 and also the email I send to 'MWEB Billing and Client Services' <***>

I am not getting any feedback from them to cancel my line and request for fiber line transfer to new premises , but most importantly no one is coming back to me to terminate my existing line

Our existing house have been sold and we are moving to a new location soon and require your assistance to help us with migrating our existing Mweb account to that of the new premises and the cancellation/migration from Vodacom to Mweb The new location where we moving to have an existing Fiber line with Vodacom , hence the request is to migrate from Vodacom to that of MWEB

1. Suspend my current line on the 31st January 2021 ( Do not cancel my account would like to keep my current account details )
