MWEB lies to Customers and disconnects them for no Reason

Mweb discounnected my Sons services [ FIBRE ] for no reason. its has been more then a week now and they refuse to enable it. His Billed is paid up, as it gets debited via Debit order. Mweb claims that he owes for ShowMax that he never took out. And even If he owe them for Showmax, why didnt you debit the amount you claim that he owes you. The service that you guys are giving your customers is really bad. I would recommend no one to even use them. trust me, you will be shooting yourself in the foot.
