Mweb lies

I placed a pre order with mweb six months ago, About 6 weeks ago I got my fibre router and was told 14 days to installation which did not happen, firstly I believe this is false advertising as it is not yet installed. I have now been waiting six weeks, firstly I am being told that openserve is not live but I had an engineer from openserve come to install, secondly I have about 4 neighbour live on openserve fibre so how I mine not live? Today I called 7 times and no one could give me an answer app with different stories. Hundreds in airtime wasted, I keep getting transferred and then they drop the cal.

I have exhausted all my options and is considering taking my business elsewhere as this is not the service a person want before they even start to deal with a company

Please fix this , I am now tired of struggling with this company
