MWEB **** and took my money!

I had home ADSL with MWEB and last year (between Feb and Apr) contacted them to cancel it as I was being transferred abroad for work. I was told I needed to give 30 days notice which I accepted and was told that my details were sent to another department/or person to action the cancellation. More than a year has passed and I recently checked my SA bank statement only to find that it hasn’t been canceled and they have been debitting me all this time! I haven’t used the ADSL since April, the modem hasn’t even been connected! I was this canceled ASAP, no more debit orders going off my account and some of my ****** money returned!
